This is a mandatory step where we will be providing you with an education review form. You are required to carefully fill the form by mentioning all the required details. This information is gathered as it helps us in understanding your profile & suggesting you the most appropriate course & colleges/universities. You are required to provide us with the clear scan copies of your education & work experience, if any, documents along with the review form.
Once retained our services, we will be initiating the admission applications. We will be applying to a maximum of 3 different colleges/universities on your behalf. You are required to provide all the documents as mentioned in the documents checklist which will be mailed to you after retaining our services. Delay in submission of the required documents may have adverse effects on the admission application as there is a deadline for submitting the application.
Once the filled review form is received from your end, we will be short listing the desired course in the most suitable college/university. Every college/university has got its own selection criteria for different courses. We will be comprising the students profile with the admission requirements before giving our suggestions. Since this requires lot of efforts & human power, kindly allow us 2 days’ time for the same.
Once the college/university receives the application & supporting documents, they will be reviewing the same to check your eligibility for the desired program. Once satisfied, the college/university will be issuing the admission offer letter. If the college/university is satisfied with the submitted documents/information they will provide an Unconditional Offer Letter. Else they will provide a Conditional Offer Letter and you will be required to fulfill the conditions mentioned in the offer letter to get the Unconditional Offer Letter. For filing a student visa, it is mandatory to have an Unconditional Offer Letter from college/university.
Once we confirm which course and college/universities will be most suitable we confirm the same to you by way of a detailed review report. The review report will be containing vital information like the course, college/university name, location, duration, admission & application fees and most important the admission requirements. It will also contain the information about the general documents requirement along with our application processing fees.
Upon receiving the Unconditional Offer letter from the college/university you are required to pay the initial tuition fees as mentioned in the offer letter. Once the initial payment is done, we will be preparing the visa application by compiling & submitting the supporting document required for the student visa application. For certain countries you will be required to go for medical examination & submit the Police Clearance Certificate before you are granted the visa. The visa officer will do the assessment of your application & provide his decision.
